We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Lead Facilitator and Volunteer Manager to deliver our evidence-informed psychoeducational programmes, support and develop our volunteers, and build positive relationships with schools and community partners. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, ambitious charity where your work will have a meaningful impact every day.

Hours: 15 hours per week
Location: Oxfordshire, with a combination of community-based delivery and home working
Expected start: September 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
